4 ARM-PEG-DOTA-Lys(3)

4ARM-PEG-DOTA-Lys(3) is a multifunctional four arm polyethylene glycol derivative. As a connecting carrier for immune magnetic particles, streptavidin and targeted antibodies are simultaneously immobilized through a multi arm structure for rapid sample pretreatment of fungal toxins and other contaminants in food. It can be used to construct tumor targeted magnetic resonance imaging contrast agents, achieving high contrast imaging of tumor sites in vivo by chelating gadolinium ions, and improving diagnostic accuracy. It is also used to prepare multi-target functionalized nanocarriers, coupled with targeting ligands and imaging groups, to achieve integrated research in tumor diagnosis and treatment.
